e-Loyalty Terms & Coditions

To enrol in Formosan e-Loyalty, collect digital stamps and redeem free drinks, you will first need to create an account at www.formosan.co.uk . The registration process require that you provide the following information: your name, email address and optionally your birthday. You will instantly receive the Formosan e-Loyalty Card via email. There are no membership fees associated with the account and stamps accumulated through the programme have no cash value. Personal information which you provide to us for purposes of creating an account and registering your Loyalty Card will be held pursuant to Formosan Privacy Policy&(javascript:void(0))Cookies Policy(javascript:void(0))

e-Loyalty stamps are issued based on the number of drinks purchased. You will receive one digital stamp for each drink drink you buy over the counter in our store. Every nine (9) stamps you earn can be exchanged at Formosan Tea Bar Oxford OX1 4DF for one free drink of your choice. If you decide not to redeem and continue making eligible purchases, the stamps will continue to accumulate on your account and will remain available to redeem at your desired time (i.e. if you collected 29 digital stamps you can redeem 3 free drinks at any point and there will be 2 stamps remaining) Your remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and will be available to check online.

Formosan reserves the right to terminate the account that has been inactive (no purchase or redemption activity) for three consecutive years. .

Your stamps and your account under the e-Loyalty programme are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others. Formosan reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in e-Loyalty programme if it believes that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

Formosan reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, cancel or amend the Loyalty programme at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.formosan.co.uk and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued participation in Formosan e-Loyalty programme will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the e-Loyalty programme. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in Formosan e-Loyalty programme.

BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THIS PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAMME. The above terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
